WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

  • We're currently only accept payment via PayPal for our web purchase. However, we're trying our best to add more method to make your purchase easier.
  • And of course cash as well (in IDR) if you purchase it in the store.

 

CAN I ASK MORE ABOUT THE SHIPMENT?

  • Wherever you are ordering, you will get your pretty little pieces shipped directly from Bali, Indonesia.
  • We offer free shipping from all over Indonesia by JNE,J&T  and a same day  delivery if you’re in Bali provided Go-Send.
  • International order will be delivered by DHL
  • Most orders will be ship out within 48 hours maximum after you complete your order's payment.
  • Any orders that are placed on business days after 04:00 PM (GMT +8 hours / Bali Time) are typically processed on the following business day.
  • If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day.
  • An email will be sent enclosing the tracking number, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
  • All orders are excluded the custom/duties responsibility and provisions by each countries. 

 

IF POSSIBLE, CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IN SOME CASES?

  • You can return it just if there's a damage in the goods. Like a broken button, uneven sewing, spots. 
  • If you purchase it offline, you can ask us to repair the damage and we'll fix it in 3 days maximum after you hand the goods to us. 
  • Return for damaged of the goods can only be claimed 48 after the package has delivered and collected by customer.
  • Any damage by expedition/shipment (packaging, leakage, torn, etc) will not be our responsibility.
  • If the size doesn't fits you can only exchange it to your preferred size. 
  • All shipment for return are charged by customer.
